We also suggest you contact your local postal service and/or your customs office to ensure your order will be accepted into your country.
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. We ship Australia wide and Internationally using Australia post.
Regular domestic shipping will take approximately 3 - 5 business days. Express domestic delivery will take approximately 1 - 3 business days. Orders received before 12pm AEST on business days will be processed the following business day. Please note that Australia Post's express network does not cover next day delivery for all Australian locations, please check with Australia Post to make sure your located in their express post network. Signature may be required to accept delivery.
You should receive your domestic order within 3 - 5 business days and your international order within 6 - 20 business days. If your order has not arrived within this time, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 and quote the tracking number supplied to you. If you are an international customer please contact your local postal service and quote the tracking number supplied to you. Please note that there are circumstances like the COVID-19 situation that may affect postal delivery times and unfortunately these are out of our control. Please refer to https://auspost.com.au/ for information regarding any applicable delays in shipping.
We offer Standard International tracked postage which takes 6 or more business days depending on your zone. If your location is not on the list of countries we ship to please email email@example.com with your location and we will do our best to accommodate shipping to your address. Any customs charges, duties, fees or taxes applicable to any item sent by us are the responsibility of the purchaser. Nushka Skin Care are not responsible for any of these additional customs charges, duties, fees, taxes or postage charges. Signature may be required to accept delivery.
Please note business days do not include weekends or Australian public holidays.
We also offer free Australian shipping on all orders over $150 after any discounts/promotions and codes. This only applies to orders where the postal location is based in Australia. Orders eligible for free shipping must ensure that the free shipping (default) is selected at checkout. These are posted using Australia Post's regular postal service. If express is required this needs to be selected at checkout and the free shipping offer will not apply.
You can track your order anytime at www.auspost.com.au/track using the tracking number supplied in your order confirmation email.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for 'change of mind'. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to grant a refund or exchange even if you have not opened your products. Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If there is any issue with your products upon receiving them please contact us promptly and we will rectify the issue in a timely manner.
